Mostly, I work as a Wedding Photographer, which I absolutely love. I offer Wedding Photography in the East Sussex and Kent areas, including Hastings, Battle, Rye, Ticehurst, Eastbourne and Lewes. My aim has always been to create beautiful, timeless wedding photos, and to capture all the key moments of the day as it unfolds naturally, and all the details, as well as taking lots of wonderful portraits of the couple, their families, and their guests. Previous couples have often commented on how Im very good at putting people at ease, which I really appreciate – I think it’s important to keep things easy and relaxed at a wedding, especially for the couple. But of course, underneath my relaxed manner is a laser sharp sense of focus!
I also specialise in Portrait Photography, which I do mostly from my home studio in Hastings. I’m happy to travel too, and take my lighting with me, (its all portable!) as some people like to have portraits taken at their home. My portrait studio has a range of lighting, and a variety of backdrop colours. I’m experienced with creating clean, modern, flattering lighting, as well as ‘beauty’ lighting. With so many people having an online presence these days, a professional portrait shoot is well worth doing for people who want a really high end, professional image of themselves, showing them at their very best.
Im open to all kinds of work, and always appreciate the opportunity of working with Businesses and Charities. I’ve photographed events, the workplace environment, staff at work, properties and interiors, food, product shots, staff portraits etc. I’ve covered a whole variety of assignments, and I’m always keen to do more, because the variety of work I’ve done with various business and charities is refreshing and stimulating – and it keeps me on my toes!
